We are excited to announce the roll-out of our new ‘Instant Book’ online option to make it even easier and faster to book your meeting room at Woburn House Conference Centre, Tavistock Square, London. WC1.

 

On 2nd September 2024 we launched our “Instant Book” facility to allow new and returning clients to book their last-minute meeting rooms for up to 30 delegates. We are able to offer late availability up to 1 working day prior to the date you need. No need to contact us, you can book there and then.

 

By simply visiting our website, www.woburnhouse.co.uk and clicking on “Book Now” you can check availability, make a booking and even order refreshments. It’s as simple as doing your online shop or booking your train ticket.

 

Now, when you get that last-minute request to book meeting space urgently, we will be able to assist you even outside of regular office hours. Once booked, a member of the team will follow-up with a payment link.

Our meeting rooms seat from 12 delegates and come with the use of a plasma screen and complimentary WIFI.

 

Our light and airy meeting rooms are fitted with our Logitech “Video Conference” systems, available for an additional fee. Set up your video call link and broadcast your event to your delegates joining online or invite your speakers to present remotely if they cannot be there face to face.

 

Working with our colleagues at NFS Technology and Venue Directory have are able to show “Live Availability” so you know the space is available on the dates you require and you can take the Virtual Tour of the venue to ensure that you are booking exactly what you need.

 

Katy Stephens, Senior Sales and Events Exec at Woburn House explains why this was so important to clients. “The subject of online booking and availability for meeting spaces has been a hot topic for a number of years as the industry has tried to mirror the experience for consumers of booking a hotel room for example.  However, systems and sometimes the venues themselves have always stood in the way of making this a reality.  I have been really excited to work with VenueDirectory and the team at NFS to put together a truly live availability platform that allows clients to reserve rooms that they know are available, rather than enquiring about rooms which are not.  We hope this will save our clients time and help them to be more efficient in their work when looking for those last-minute bookings.”
